Functions
The cross lapper is the heart of nonwoven production lines in terms
of quality and productivity. HONGE has designed a new line of cross
lappers that guarantees homogeneity of the web, increase in the
productivity, elimination of any bottleneck and low energy
consumption.
We also design standard models and machines with input speed up to
100m/min.
HONGE cross lappers are equipped with smooth PVC/PU coated aprons.
We use antistatic aprons which are strengthened by scrims.

Input apron width: 1700-3400mm
Out-put apron width: 2500-9800mm
Lapping speed: max. 70m/min
Line speed: 1-15m/min
Belts are light weight carbon belt
Characteristics:
a. Machine frame is 8mm thickness armor plate assembled with brace.
b. Anti-static PVC lattices are for transferring, cross lapping and
compensating. Bottom lattice is wooden lattice.
c. Each lattice driving roller is seamless steel, and specially
strengthened at the ends of axletree.
d. Cross lapping and Reciprocating is subsection controlled
accurately.
e. Reciprocating adopt synchronous belt for drive.
f. Double belt pressing roller lattice is equipped at the output of
the cross lapper.

is responsible for the round-trip airplane tickets, accommodation,
medical treatment, safety and relative fees. In addition the buyers
should assign translator, workers, electrical cable (from machines
to control panel and from power to control panel) and tools for
installation to cooperate with the work. Installation cost is
USD180/Day/engineer. |
